KJV
“And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins… Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)”
NKJV
“And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins… even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved).”
Part II – Key Word Study (Aramaic Vs Greek Vs Hebrew)
1. Made Alive / Quickened
- Aramaic: Chayay (kha-yay)
- Greek: Zōopoieō (zo-op-oy-eh-o)
- Hebrew: Chayah (הָיָח)
Greek Meaning:
To make alive, to give life.
Hebrew Meaning (Chayah):
To live, revive, restore life — often used of God breathing life into man.
Aramaic Meaning:
To be awakened into life, revived into conscious union with God.
Revelation:
This is not future resurrection—
It is awakening into divine life NOW.
2. DEAD
- Aramaic: Mayta
- Greek: Nekros
- Hebrew: Met (תֵמ)
Greek Meaning:
Physically or spiritually dead.
Hebrew Meaning:
Lifeless, cut off.
Aramaic Meaning:
Unconscious, separated in awareness from divine life.
Revelation:
Death is not merely physical—
It is loss of awareness of divine identity.
3. Sin / Trespasses
- Aramaic: Khata
- Greek: Hamartia
- Hebrew: Chet (אְטֵח)
Greek Meaning:
Missing the mark.
Hebrew Meaning (Chet):
Deviation from the path, failure to live according to God’s design.
Aramaic Meaning:
To fall short of one’s true nature, to live outside divine alignment.
Revelation:
Sin is not merely wrongdoing—
It is misalignment with your true divine identity.
4. WORLD
- Aramaic: Alma
- Greek: Kosmos
- Hebrew: Olam (םָלוֹע)
Greek Meaning:
System, order.
Hebrew Meaning:
Age, hidden realm, eternity.
Aramaic Meaning:
The present order of perception shaped by consciousness.
Revelation:
“The world” is not just physical—
It is a system of thinking and perception.
5. Prince Of The Power Of The Air
- Aramaic Concept: Shultana d’Rukha d’Avir
- Greek: Archōn exousias tou aeros
- Hebrew Parallel:
- שַׂר (Sar) – prince/ruler
- חוּרַ (Ruach) – spirit
- ריִוֲא (Avir) – air
Revelation:
This refers to influences operating in the realm of thought and spirit, not merely a physical ruler.

Revelation

The Mystery Revealed
Ephesians Chapter 2 is not about:
- Becoming religious
- Earning salvation
- Waiting for heaven
It is about:
- Awakening from spiritual unconsciousness
- Realizing you are already alive in God
- Entering into divine unity NOW
Final Declaration
You were never meant to remain in death.
According to the deeper revelation:
- חָיָה (Chayah) — You are made alive
- חֵן (Chen) — Grace flows through you
- שָׁלוֹם (Shalom) — You are whole
- מִשְׁכָּן (Mishkan) — You are God’s dwelling
Conclusion
The Apostle Paul was not describing a future reality.
He was unveiling a present truth:
You are already raised, already seated, and already one with God.
